Great Lives Workbook

Reflection: Finding Refuge and Purpose

Reflect on the places and relationships that help you recover and begin again.

Where do you go, physically or emotionally, when life feels overwhelming? What makes it difficult for you to admit that you need help? When has a difficult season introduced you to people you would not otherwise have met? What kind of support would make a struggling person feel safe with you?How might a limitation or unwanted setting become a place to serve others?Who could you contact when you need honest company rather than quick advice?
