Great Lives Workbook

Reflection: Guarding Your Choices

Approach this chapter with honesty about vulnerability, boundaries, and the cost of secrecy.

What conditions make it harder for you to act according to your values?Which boundary would protect a relationship or responsibility you value? When have you ignored a warning because it interrupted what you wanted? How can you seek accountability before a private struggle becomes a hidden pattern? What is the difference between acknowledging a failure and making excuses for it?Who may be affected by a choice you are making in private?
